THE ROLE



A very established Branch with an excellent reputation in the Marketplace, and an excellent, friendly, team.



You will have the autonomy to structure and manage your own workload which is ever changing on a daily basis. Your role is to provide the best service to match the needs of both the candidate and the client. You will be co-ordinating the whole recruitment process from the initial CV/application through to the job offer, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and of course liaise with the client regarding their requirements.



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE



**Stable history as a Recruitment Consultant, or excellent Business to Business Sales experience

**Experience in Financial recruitment would be preferred, however other sector backgrounds will also be considered.

**Be confident, outgoing, and an excellent communicator

**Commercially minded and entrepreneurial

**Enthusiastic, energetic, and fast paced

**Team player with an excellent sales ability

**Have experience and be confident in dealing with people both face to face and over the telephone

**Hold a full current UK driving license
