Acct Manager



Customer Account Manager



An exciting opportunity for someone with drive and enthusiasm to join a small yet expanding entrepreneurial service to Business Company situated in Surrey.



Owing to the company's continuous development it means that they we now looking for a customer account handler to join their friendly, cohesive and thriving team.







The Job:

-maintain regular contact with existing clients

-to set up fax jobs from start to finish

-give all customers client aftercare

-develop existing client base by selling additional services

- help where necessary on another account handlers customers

- start to sign up own customers

-partake in client training [on how to use the website efficiently]

-file all after job paperwork

-interact with the sales team [on new sign ups]

-work towards group target







Key Skills

- a good communicator and sociable

- sales ability relating to new and existing customers

- a team player- although able to work on one's own when unsupervised at times

-previous experience talking to businesses and selling

-good maths and English preferable

-good level of PC skills - particularly internet and email

-presentable

-prompt and good time keeper

Hours of Work : Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am-5pm







Salary: 16,000-£17000 + uncapped bonus structure
