Remuneration:

Up to £45,000 per annum + car/car allowance + benefits

The Client:

My Client is one of the leading UK Contractors whose construction arm alone has a turnover of approximately £55 million. They are well established and have been around for over 90 years. My client has just secured £18 million worth of new projects within the construction arm. My client works on a range of construction projects including the education, healthcare, commercial, industrial, community, sports, leisure, residential and social housing sector.



The Role:

My client requires a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a refurbishment of a storage warehouse in Catford. Although the project is based in Catford, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will also be expected to make office visits in Caterham, Surrey. The Project is valued at approximately £5 million and the Project Quantity Surveyor must be able to work on his own. My client would also consider a number two Quantity Surveyor who is confident in their abilities.



Requirements:

Ideally 5 years Quantity Surveying Experience

Preferably BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar related construction studies

Construction Experience is advantageous
