My client requires a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a an exclusive civils project.



Location:

West Sussex



Remuneration:

£35,000 - £40,000

The client:

My client has over 50 years experience of providing construction services to the Rail, Telecommunications and Power industries.

They are a civils infrastructure contractor capable of undertaking all civils work with specialist capability in the installation and replacement of telecommunication, signalling and power cabling.



The job:

My client requires a Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to work on a project that my client has just acquired. The project is a cable renewal contract with one of their biggest customers. The project is worth £8million and is set to go on for the next 5 years



The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based in West Sussex just off M23 and also will be required to travel to Hampshire one day per week



Requirements:

o Professional Memberships are advantageous

o BSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related subject (HND is a minimum)

o 4+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience

o Contractor, Civils and Rail background
