The Candidate:



You will be dealing with incoming queries and data of a sensitive nature so will need to be enhanced crb checked as part of your interview process.

You will be liaising with people at all levels, reacting, at times to emergency situations.

You will also be dealing with day to day sales enquiries, offering a high level of customer service to existing customers and working as part of a team.



Due to the nature of the business the office is open 24/7 except for Christmas day. You will be required to work on a shift basis either rotating or on a set basis and the start time of these shifts is flexible - probably to include an early, late and night shift.



Part time hours will also be considered.
