Deputy Manager - Crawley - £18,000

Job Description



As Deputy Manager you will support the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining customer service levels, quality of the offer and delivering ongoing training and development to the team. As part of the management team it will be your responsibility to ensure that the operation maximises sales at all times to exceed sales targets along with making sure that you come in on set labour and gross profit margins. To achieve such great results you will be expected to lead your team from the front with a “hands on approach” to management. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and develop each and every member of the team to their full potential.



Required Experience



The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:



•Previous experience of managing within a full service style restaurant environment.

•A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

•Excellent motivational skills.

•Some experience of profit and loss account management.

•Focused on exceeding set targets.

•A good understanding of how to train and motivate a team.

•Excellent organisational skills.



Salary and Benefits



The starting salary for this role is up to £18,000 dependant on experience along with the potential to earn additional bonuses reliant on achieving set KPI's. You will also receive fantastic training and development along the way and will be given every opportunity to progress your career as far as possible and as such you should have aspirations to be a General Manager and beyond in the future.
